The ideal candidate will assist the project manager and team with project documentation, control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and supervision.

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure the project plan meets deadlines
• Manage RFI and submittal processes
• Track daily work quantities for payment and inspection
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
• Plan and order materials and supplies
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Create weekly and monthly schedules
• Maintain SWPPP inspection logs and reports
• Process owner billings and accounting issues

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience on heavy civil projects as intern or project engineer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HCSS Heavy is a plus
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, and standards
