Project Engineer

Come join a growing international company who is growing and needs help managing engineering projects. This is an opportunity to learn all aspects of a food processing and packaging plant. The right candidate will be willing to be hands-on in this entrepreneurial make it happen kind of company. This person will work on projects including, process improvements, packaging line design and implementation, batching area, and expansion of the existing plant.

Ideal candidate candidates will have the following:

• BS in Engineering
• Hands-on mentality and someone who likes to engage on the floor
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working as an engineer, food manufacturing is a big plus
• High-speed packaging line experience
• Design, bid and manage capital projects working with vendors to complete the work
• Big plus to have experience with projects, but not required
