Job Description :

· Assist/support the Project Engineering Manager in managing engineering work, including deliverables, man-hour control, and schedule management, primarily in multi-disciplinary engineering design activities, ensuring work aligns with project requirements.

· Understand project specifications and execution requirements to prepare key project documents and issue them accordingly.

· Follow up on comments on project documents and manage their closure.

· Coordinate the flow of design input and output information and deliverables across disciplines, clients, subcontractors, and Class.

· Assist in coordinating the preparation of MDRs with Hull & Marine Engineering Manager, Topsides Engineering Manager, and Discipline Leads.

· Support in coordinating the engineering schedule with relevant managers and discipline leads.

· Participate in project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.

· Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, Class, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project plans and resolve technical issues to meet schedules.

· Ensure design reviews are conducted with appropriate attendees and manage action registers to monitor closure.

· Support change management processes for design modifications.

· Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project progress and status reports, updating action items accordingly.

· Collaborate with the document officer to develop document management workflows and support document flow across all parties.

· Coordinate activities related to lessons learned, project audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, following up on actions and proposing solutions to encountered issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably at least 8 years of relevant experience in similar activities.
