    About the Role

    As a Project Engineer, Controls, you will:

    • Lead and execute the design, testing, and integration of engine/turbine control systems for marine and land-based applications.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for engines, generators, vessels, and switchgear.
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including detailed work scopes.
    • Mentor junior engineers and support field service teams with technical expertise.
    • Manage projects from initial concept through commissioning, ensuring high-quality execution.
    • Travel up to 25% for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and client support.
    What You BringEducation & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in power generation, marine propulsion, industrial automation, or a related field.
    • Valid U.S. Driver's License & Passport - ready for domestic and international travel.
    Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of control systems, automation, and power generation technologies.
    • Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing control systems for engines, generators, and industrial automation.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret complex wiring diagrams, control schematics, and system architectures.
    • Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (preferred but not required).

    Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay:
    • $110,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
