ROCKWOOL North America (RW-NA) is seeking a Project Director – CAPEX to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-million-dollar capital projects that shape the future of our operations. This position will report to the Vice President, Operations – North America.
Are you a strategic project leader with a passion for driving complex capital investments from concept to completion? In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of CAPEX initiatives across North America. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale budgets, and ensure each project aligns with our long-term investment and operational strategies.
