Position Specific Description
Corporate Development leads transactions for the world's largest electric utility and world leader in renewable energy – NextEra Energy. The group is responsible for engaging with the investment banks and counterparties during the deal process in order to negotiate terms and structure deals for mergers or acquisitions. Corporate Development also works on corporate strategy presentations for executive leadership in conjunction with the subject matter experts around the company. In this position you will lead evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including coordination of external financial analysis and internal diligence teams. Our Project Director Corporate Development M&A will be responsible for running analysis, putting together presentations, and coordinating diligence for review by senior leadership.
