My client, a leader in the financial services/banking industry, is hiring a detail-oriented project coordinator/researcher professional to join a special project supporting their risk and audit team with data entry and research.

Key Details:

• 📅 Duration: September 2025 – December 2025 (no extension or hire potential, just would work on this one project)
• ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
• 📍 Location: Hybrid out of Richmond, VA preferred, or fully remote in EST hours for the right fit
• 💵 Pay: $21.25/hour

About the Project:

You will help the risk and audit team pull and verify key compliance information to support an enterprise-wide initiative. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting research on vendors to obtain classification and export compliance details.
• Contacting vendors via phone/email to confirm or request documentation.
• Entering and managing large volumes of data in internal systems.
• Organizing and compiling research findings into concise, accurate reports.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both research and outreach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
