Role ImpactThis role manages complex, high-value custom print and packaging orders from intake through delivery. As the central liaison between sales, production, and customers, you'll ensure accurate job execution, support business development, and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction in a high-volume, fast-paced operation.
Key Responsibilities• Translate customer specifications into manufacturing instructions for custom print/packaging orders• Enter, manage, and track orders using spreadsheets, job tickets, and ERP systems (NetSuite)• Coordinate project flow with sales, estimating, manufacturing, and scheduling teams• Generate purchase orders and participate in manual invoicing steps• Handle 3–10 concurrent orders valued up to $150K each; 60% repeat work, 30% new• Proactively resolve supply chain, delivery, and customer service issues• Support order advocacy, client retention, and internal process improvements• Participate in special projects (e.g., R&D, cost analysis, efficiency initiatives)
Minimum Qualifications• 6+ years in print or folding carton packaging (project coordination, customer service, estimating, purchasing, or planning)• ERP order processing experience (e.g., NetSuite or equivalent)• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); working knowledge of AutoCAD• Strong attention to detail and precision in order specs and scheduling• Associates or bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry experience)
