Project Manager

Project Management + Manage multiple projects across manufacturing operations from initiation through closure. + Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals. + Collaborate with departments such as production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure cohesive execution. + Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status reports to the Director of Operations, and escalate risks proactively.

Operational Support + Assist in implementing new equipment, technology, and production processes. + Support initiatives related to facility layout changes, capacity expansion, and workflow optimization. + Partner with operational leads to gather data and ensure effective project implementation at the shop floor level. + Contribute to plant readiness for audits or process transitions through documentation and coordination.

Reporting & Communication + Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive updates on project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics. + Facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. + Serve as a liaison between the Director of Operations and various project contributors to maintain momentum and accountability.

Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Familiarity with operational processes such as production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance. + Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: + PMP or CAPM certification. + Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). + Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, safety protocols, and plant operations best practices.

Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual team members. Salary range for this role is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
