Project Coordinator - Miami Nation Stronghold : Job Details

Who We Are:

Miami Stronghold is a SBA certified tribally owned 8(a) company and qualifies as a Small Disadvantaged Business. Stronghold is dedicated to serving federal customers in construction, operations and maintenance, design/build, engineering, studies and remediation, and commissioning projects. Stronghold has the infrastructure and assets to support a variety of projects in diverse geographic locations, from design to close out. Our customers include the Department of Defense (including US Army Corps of Engineers), and the General Services Administration. Miami Stronghold works on projects nationwide.

Project Coordinator:

The ideal candidate will be capable of assisting the project management team in all aspects of administrative activities, have experience working for the US Army Corps of Engineers and be located in Leesville, LA or surrounding area for the duration of this project. They should have experience working with USACE's Resident Management System (RMS) and be familiar with the construction submittal process.

Responsibilities:

• Submittal Creation & Delivery
• Prepare and submit professional material packages that meet project specifications and engineering standards.
• Data & Documentation Management
• Maintain accurate records, track pricing, and resolve data inconsistencies to support efficient project execution.
• Communicate with suppliers to verify material suitability, availability, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with RMS
• Experience with data entry
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Preferred construction related experience

Project duration is expected to be 18 months.
