Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Cochranton, PA (On-Site)
Duration: Full Time
What You'll Do as a Project Coordinator:
- Schedule & coordinate commercial roofing projects in PA and IA.
- Order materials, equipment, dumpsters, and permits.
- Track & manage inventory of tools and supplies (we'll train on logistics if needed).
- Communicate with sales, foremen, vendors, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Join take-off meetings to review project details.
- Keep project records up to date and report budget changes to customers.
- Handle repair requests: log details, enter data, and send reports for invoicing.

- Experienced: 2+ years in project coordination, inventory management, construction, or commercial roofing; inventory management experience preferred.
