Project Coordinator - ABR Employment Services : Job Details

ABR is recruiting a Project Coordinator for a client in Central Wisconsin. This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE position. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour based on experience with full benefits! Project Coordinator Summary: To support the construction team in all phases of project delivery by managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining project efficiency, compliance, and organization from pre-construction through closeout. Project Coordinator Qualifications Education • Associate's degree in Business with a focus on Construction (Preferred) Licensing • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with proof of insurance (Required) Experience • 5 years administrative experience (Required) • 2 years in construction or related field (Preferred) Technical Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, AIA software, ProCore, DocuSign, Canva, and iOS. • Familiarity with construction cost codes and estimating standards. Core Competencies • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and confidentiality. • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology. • Ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Physical Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs. • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. • Occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling may be required.
