Job Description :
The Role of the Project coordinator is to schedule all quote request surveys with partners and ensure they are completed in a timely manner with stellar customer feedback. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Sales Engineers to support Granite customers. Working with Excel managing Install status spreadsheets. Manage techs and update customers for surveys Working with vendor relations to secure techs for inside wire jobs. Call vendors to confirm scheduled tickets Getting closeouts from partners with in a timely manner Attaching documents in IW tickets Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) Typing skills are a MUST Excellent communication skill (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and follow issues through to completion Decision making skills Preferred Qualifications: Telecommunications/ Structure Cabling and account Management experience Granite delivers advanced communications and technology solutions to businesses and government agenc...Project Coordinator, Coordinator, Telecommunications, Communications, Management
