Project Analyst/Coordinator

You will be supporting several mini projects tied to a new company initiative. This role involves identifying store-level pain points to determine material needs, and coordinating with internal teams to communicate changes and maintain updated store trackers. Responsibilities include a combination of data entry, inventory management, data analysis, customer communication, and process improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and audit project completion photos in the database; follow up on any incomplete or missing documentation
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to support all store and field project-related communications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement project plans
  • Coordinate with Merchandise Services and Execution teams to develop clear and effective project communications
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to create and distribute project installation guides as needed
  • Address project-related issues in collaboration with the Issue Resolution team
  • Communicate directly with fixture vendors to ensure Execution teams have required resources and resolve any outstanding system issues
  • Prepare and deliver weekly project status updates for leadership
  • Generate and distribute weekly reports on project execution status

This is a 8 month contract opportunity, with potential to extend or convert to direct hire, in the Atlanta area where you can gain exposure to the retail world by joining this upbeat, collaborative group! REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in a Project Management or Project Analyst or Project Coordinator or Supply Chain/logistics role
  • Intermediate Excel skills - ability to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, and Macros (utilizing Excel daily)
  • Experience executing/juggling multiple projects/inventory
  • Process Improvement (can provide examples)
  • Experience running a project from start to finish (full lifecycle)
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Process Improvement, or similar field)
