The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Project Coordinator in the Office of Addiction Services and Supports, Division of Addiction Treatment and Recovery to guide an implementation of team-based care approach to improving quality care and patient outcomes in targeted outpatient substance use treatment providers in New York State. \n\n. Candidate should have a clinical background and understanding to assist in implementing change interventions based on identified quality measures and utilize a practice facilitation model and motivational interviewing techniques when working with providers. \n\n.
