What You'll Do:

• Respond promptly to active fire, water, and other emergency scenes, establishing rapport with property owners, first responders, and other emergency personnel.

• Consistently shows high levels of empathy, compassion and professionalism..

• Assess immediate needs and provide emergency services such as board-ups, securing properties, and offering guidance on next steps for restoration.

• Present and educate property owners about Dry Kings Restoration's services, overcoming objections, and closing restoration contracts on-site.

• Convert leads into signed agreements, maintaining high closing ratios.

• Communicate effectively and compassionately to help clients understand the restoration process and the value of Dry Kings' services.

• Track and report on all job leads, contacts, and outcomes using CRM software, ensuring follow-up and closing targets are met.

• Maintain strong relationships with local fire departments, insurance agents, and other industry partners to build a reliable referral network.

• Participate in local networking and community events to promote Dry Kings Restoration and generate additional business.

• Monitor emergency dispatches and alerts to respond to fire and water damage incidents quickly.

• Conduct initial damage assessments and document findings, ensuring clear communication with internal teams for seamless project execution.

• Participate in an on-call rotating schedule to assist in responding to water/fire emergencies after hours.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• High closing ratios in previous roles, especially in a field-based, client-facing environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales, restoration, or emergency response role.

• Knowledge of fire damage and emergency board-up services is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly.

• A strong understanding of the restoration industry and processes.

• A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Availability for on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, to respond to fire and water emergencies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Must have the physical ability to perform emergency board-ups and property securing activities when necessary.

• Knowledge of CRM software for lead management and follow-up.

Pay: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience $25-$35, with bonuses for performance

Work Location: Novato, CA (In-person)
