About Our ClientMy client is a general contractor based out of the St. Louis area. They focus on construction projects $5M+ in value. They've recently restructured their process/procedures to begin growth plans. They're aiming to double their volume and revenue each year. As a Project Coordinator with the group, you'll assist the Project Management team and administrative staff.Job Description

• Assist project management team
• Maintain project files
• Create Client Agreements
• Handle draw process
• Work closely with Procore
• Request necessary certificates of insurance
• Provide support through all phases of project
• Work in tandem with Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage
• Assist with the organization of weekly project reports
• Maintain Subcontractor insurance
• Issue Subcontractor contracts at Project Manager's direction
• Prepare and submit permit/municipal submittals

• Bachelor's degree in ideally construction or a similar field
• Organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Experience handling the draw process
• Experience handling accounting needs
