Project Coordinator (10863)Who They AreWe're working with an industry leading contractor in the building envelope space, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to support their Project Management team. - Maintain total accountability for financial project aspects including purchasing, resource management, and profitability
- Organize, plan, communicate, and execute specific strategies for successful project completion
- Learning new processes and technology
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate new project sales
- Document management, delivery tickets, and purchase orders
- Assist PM Department with project-related tasks in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Communicate with PM department to determine project requirements and objectives, help them meet goals
- Assist with communications, planning, scheduling, or project coordination to meet deadlines
- Assist with management and updating of PM software, schedule creation, submittals, delivery tickets, etc.
- Review & understand the scope of work within each project
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure to meet timelines
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 1 years in Project-related role in a construction industry
- Some college preferred
- Experience with project management software, Bluebeam editing software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Must be extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail
- Desire for growth within the company
