Project Controls Coordinator IIIJob Type: Contract till July 6, 2026, with high possibility of extensionLocation: Houston, TX, United States (Hybrid Schedule)Work Arrangement: Hybrid (In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Remote: Wednesday, Friday) Position SummaryEnbridge is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator III to support our project execution teams with cost management, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and earned value analysis. This role, reporting to the Supervisor of Project Controls, requires strong analytical skills and experience in project controls systems, including EcoSys. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze project costs at the WBS level, including budgets, incurred costs, commitments, and forecasts.
- Provide timely and accurate cost reporting to project teams.
- Conduct earned value analysis and assess forecasting impacts.
- Complete monthly project close-out processes and generate cost reports using Excel and EcoSys.
- Prepare and document change orders in accordance with PMO standards.
- Engage Project Managers in cost review and reforecasting discussions.
- Ensure cost transaction accuracy and reconcile project financial data.
- Collaborate with the broader Project Controls team.
- Interface with Field Cost Analysts and Project Managers to monitor project progress and changes.
- Maintain project Work Breakdown Structure for effective execution, accounting, and asset creation.
- Guide and support Engineering Cost Associates on work order processing, invoice validation, and coding.
- Stay updated on project changes through regular participation in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls or Project Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred.
- Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel at an intermediate or higher level).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reconciliation.
