Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources, including sales and SBA staff.
  • Assist in generating general sales strategies for internal and external implementation.
  • Attend internal and external meetings to discuss project progress.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers. Ensure customer satisfaction with daily operations. Communicate and assist with resolving customer issues as required.
  • Conduct sales calls and assist in preparing presentations to showcase company capabilities and expertise.
  • Interact with clients, consultants, property owners, and manage staff.
  • Support Construction Services Teams in managing project budgets.
  • Assist the Construction GM with revenue and profit forecasts.
  • Read, interpret, and provide relevant information.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ high-performing, diverse team members.
  • Provide oversight and direction according to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding and career development planning.
  • Empower team members to own their responsibilities and goals, delegate tasks, and provide performance feedback.
  • Create a culture aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values, promoting engagement.
  • Lead performance management and development efforts, including goal setting and feedback.
  • Guide team members to meet organizational expectations for productivity and quality.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or H.S. Diploma/GED with 5-10 years of wireless telecommunications and project management experience; 3-5 years of management experience with financial knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Valid government-issued driver's license.
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    • Standing, walking, sitting frequently.
    • Lifting, carrying, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling occasionally (up to 70 lbs).
    • Talking, hearing, repetitive motions frequently.
    • Eye/hand/foot coordination, extreme cold, heat, humidity, wet conditions, noise, hazards, temperature changes, atmospheric conditions, vibration, and precarious heights occasionally.
