Project team lead in preparation on documents Lead the coordination with outside consultants/team members Specification writing - Review drawings and other project information to write and edit project specifications. Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. Coordinates with Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions. Oversee a medium staff of architects and technicians and provide technical guidance to less experienced architects.
