Lead the development of design work in a collaborative environment with multiple team members across various disciplines. Oversee the needs of multiple projects at different stages of development, engaging with business development to pursue project leads. Collaborate with the Head of Design and Department Directors to manage project needs, milestones, and goals, while effectively communicating with executive staff, project team members, and clients.

The team utilizes advanced technologies like Revit and AutoCAD to ensure precision and efficiency in design and execution. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
