We are currently seeking a Licensed Project Architect for our Corporate Practice in our Miami, FL office location.

In this role, you will contribute to expanding RS&H's Miami footprint, lead and mentor team members, develop client relationships, and work with a diverse client list, especially in the Corporate, Healthcare, or Science and Tech markets.

Essential Functions

• Lead multi-discipline project teams for successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage with clients and enhance regional presence as a service provider.
• Use and promote design technologies, including BIM.
• Perform architectural design, analysis, and development tasks.
• Prepare project specifications, documents, and reports.
• Conduct quality control reviews and site inspections.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and architects on budget and workload.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited university.
• At least 5 years of design experience.
• Professional registration required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
