Role Description

This is could be part time or full time hybrid role for a Project Architect, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design/bid and permit package development, code compliance, including creating architectural plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and architectural standards. Daily tasks involve collaborating with internal and engineering teams, coordination, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in REVIT for the project.

Qualifications

• Mastery in Architecture and Building Information

Modeling (BIM), REVIT

• Working knowledge of DC zoning and Codes

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

• 5+ years of work architecture experience minimum.
