We are seeking a Project Architect for Studio 3. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in educational projects.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
• 8 years minimum professional experience
• Experience working with educational clients; projects with NYCPS, Independent or Charter K-12 schools a plus
• Strong design ability, graphic presentation skills, and knowledge of contemporary architecture
• Interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, including a deep understanding of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
• Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members and coordinating consultants
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively present ideas
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
• Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

Compensation

At Dattner Architects, youll find a workplace that nurtures your growth and celebrates your achievements.

Salary $80,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Our flex policy includes a WFH day each week as well as two additional WFH weeks each year.
