Description Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) is seeking a Project Architect to join our Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects in the Aerospace & Technology markets. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect (or have equivalent experience) with a background in workplace or interior architecture projects.The Project Architect is responsible for most phases of the technical development of a project. They will work under the direction of a Project Manager, independently evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria; use judgment in assignments with clear and specific objectives; write reports and specification sections; review submittals; observe architectural features in the field; and assist in coordinating consultants.Minimum Requirements Licensed Architect or equivalent experienceKey Responsibilities Collaborate with the project team and assist in task delegationSupport the project manager with assigned tasks and functionsLead the team in architectural techniques and proceduresPossess strong knowledge of BIM techniques and applicationsEngage in various project responsibilities, including documentation and detailingSelf-direct project work and proactively engage in tasksContribute to energy and sustainability strategiesAssist with or prepare project specificationsPerform and review QA/QC processesReview submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and observe on-site constructionSupport and coordinate with consultantsParticipate in owner and contractor communications regularlyMentor staff membersThe Fine Print Bachelor's Degree in ArchitectureProficiency in Revit preferred; experience with BIM software and visualization methods is essentialMinimum of 2 years of architectural experienceAnnual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000, depending on skills and experienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
