Job DescriptionEppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) is seeking a Project Architect to join our Advanced Manufacturing + Industrial studio, which may also include projects in the Aerospace & Technology markets. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect (or possess equivalent experience) with a background in workplace or interior architecture projects.The Project Architect is responsible for leading most phases of the technical development of a project. They will work under the guidance of a Project Manager, independently evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria. They will use judgment in assignments with clear and specific objectives, write reports and specification sections, review submittals, observe architectural features on-site, and assist in coordinating consultants.Minimum QualificationsLicensed Architect or equivalent experienceProficiency in Revit is preferredExperience with BIM software and visualization methods is essentialAt least 2 years of architectural experienceKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the project team and assist in task delegationSupport the project manager with designated tasks and functionsLead the team in architectural techniques and proceduresContribute to documentation and detailing effortsSelf-manage project work proactivelyAssist in developing energy and sustainability strategiesPrepare or review specificationsPerform QA/QC processesReview submittals, RFIs, payment applications, and observe construction on-siteCoordinate and support consultants' workEngage regularly with owners and contractorsMentor and support staff developmentAdditional InformationThe annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $95,000, depending on skills and experience.The Fine PrintBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureProficiency in Revit preferredUse of BIM software and visualization methods is essentialMinimum 2 years of architectural experienceAnnual base compensation for this role is $65,000 - $95,000 based on skills and experienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesAll applicants will be notified of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
