Project AnalystContingent Worker General Description: As a member of the Project Services team, provide administrative support, financial analysis and reporting for Engineering & Construction for the Refined Products and Crude business unit. Work with E&C Project Managers on coordinating and tracking new Project AFE approvals and associated documentation and routes in Docusign Administer and track Fleet KPIs, reporting, scorecards and hierarchies within Fleet Telematics system Assist with PO, invoice support, cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting for E&C projects as needed Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as requested Create and maintain process documentation for tasks and duties as needed Continuously explore opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Work collaboratively with Project Services team, E&C, Accounting and IT as needed Education Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related required Project Management or finance experience a plus Previous experience in pipeline, energy or related company a plus Skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Ability to communicate effectively with multiple groups Ability to work under time pressure, deadlines and with interruptions Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
