Project Analyst
Bitdeer Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to play a crucial role in the success of our US datacenter construction projects by providing essential data analysis, tracking, and reporting support. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and ensure that project data is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in using project management software to turn data into actionable insights that drive project efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Analysis & Tracking: Support project planning by gathering data, assisting in the development of schedules and budgets, and tracking key project milestones using project management software.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets. Identify, analyze, and report on variances, potential risks, and resource allocation issues to the Project Manager.
- Contractor & Vendor Support: Assist in the contractor management process by tracking deliverables, maintaining contract documentation, and analyzing performance data to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for Project Managers and executive leadership. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, contractors, and other partners to gather necessary information and ensure project data is consistently accurate and accessible.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within an engineering or construction environment.
- High proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, v-lookups).
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, regulations, and architectural/engineering drawings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work flexibly and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily an office-based role.
- Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
- Ability to work flexibly, to coordinate with global teams or meet reporting deadlines as needed.
