Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Valuation & Soft Savings Analysis
Evaluate and quantify soft savings (e.g., time savings, risk reduction, process improvements) across various projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate assumptions behind soft savings estimates.
Maintain a repository of valuation models and ensure consistency in methodology.
2. Project Tracking & Reporting
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO & ALM, Trello, Asana).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
Coordinate with project leads to ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
3. Scrum Support (Low-Level Scrum Master Duties)
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for small teams or projects.
Help remove blockers and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Maintain Scrum artifacts such as product backlogs and sprint boards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or Agile environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Jira, ADO & ALM, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
