The Project Advisor/ Transfer Coordinator provides individual and group counseling to enrolled TTC students in the TRIO Student Support Services Program, a federally funded program serving students who meet specific low-income, first-generation, or disabilities criteria and who have an academic need. This individual also provides specialized transfer advisement and assistance to the program's participants, which is critical in meeting transfer and graduation objectives. Minimum and Additional Requirements This position requires a bachelors degree and experience in student services programs. The preferred candidate will have a bachelors degree in guidance, counseling, education, administration, or a closely related field and (1) one year of experience in an educational environment. This position is a grant position and the salary is commensurate of a salary range of a pay band 5 $38, 985-$57,000.
