Project Administrator OnSite - NCW : Job Details

Job Description

NCW is seeking an experienced on-site Project Administrator that will focus on project support and compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth administrative operation of a renewable energy construction project site. The emphasis on data entry, reporting, and compliance highlights the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. The need for strong communication and organizational skills underscores the collaborative nature of the position.

Role Overview:

• On-Site Administrative Support: The position involves a range of administrative tasks to support the site manager and project team.
• Data Entry and Reporting: A significant portion of the role involves accurate data entry, particularly regarding crew time, and generating reports.
• Communication and Coordination: The role requires effective communication with the project team, local vendors, and potentially clients.
• Compliance: Knowledge of prevailing wage regulations is preferred, indicating a need to ensure compliance with labor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Tasks:
• Receiving and documenting timecards and foreman daily logs.
• Prevailing Wage/IRA compliance tracking.
• Weekly Tasks:
• Recording and updating weekly internal project team meeting minutes.
• Monthly Tasks:
• Supporting the Site Manager in the preparation of monthly reports.
• As Needed Tasks:
• Supporting site team-building activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Software Proficiency:
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential.
• Experience with Procore (or similar project management software) is required.
• Compliance Knowledge:
• Some knowledge of prevailing wage and IRA regulations is preferred.
• Administrative Skills:
• Ability to manage and organize documents, reports, and data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
