We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate payroll reporting, and overseeing contract administration for public hard bid jobs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general paperwork and administrative duties to support project operations.
- Payroll Reports: Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Contract Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to public hard bid job contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
- Project Accounting: Maintain project accounting records, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lien Waivers: Process and manage lien waivers to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Subcontract Administration: Oversee subcontract administration, including drafting and managing subcontracts.
- Communication with Subcontractors: Coordinate with subcontractors for payroll reporting and pay applications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract administration tasks, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000 per year annual salary.
