Rate - $45/hr on w2
Position Summary:
The Waterway Infrastructure program consists of a large collection of projects and programs designed to revitalize the Canals for the next century of operation, driving economic development and climate resilience throughout. The Project Admin will support the financial, contractual, budgetary, and governance procedures that Clients relies on to deliver this work.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency with MS Word including cross-referencing, indexing and other functions. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam, MS Excel, able to use SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, develop Pivot Tables, and prepare high quality charts
• Able to understand and communicate technical engineering information clearly in written correspondence
• Desired – Proficiency with, or ability to utilize, project and construction management software such as Procore, or equal.
• Working knowledge of SAP and ability to use a purchase order system for tracking costs a plus.
Education and Certifications:
• College degree from accredited institution in engineering or related field
