Personal Assistant - the goodkind group, llc : Job Details

Seeking a candidate for a two-month temp to possible perm role. Starting ideally June first through July 30th. This is for a flower events company! Fun and creative environment! You will be working on site in Chelsea 5x a week out of a nice loft with lots of flowers! This candidate will be part of each event being able to give input as well as assisting with admin/pa tasks.

Seeking candidates who have a creative side but also professional. Can be a background of an admin assistant, personal assistant, who has a creative edge. This role will be a position with many different responsibilities within:

-Assistant the hiring manager with everything from helping with events, tent lighting, production, sound set up, guest list, ect

-Assisting with the social media manager

-Running errands, ie client wants a mood board of greens. Candidate will go get 5 different shades of green and make a mood board to present to client

-Must be very organized and timely

-Computer skills a must adobe, mood boards

-Ability to speak with high-ranking clientele

-Someone who can work comfortably in a fast-paced environment prepping for events will be very busy all day
