Job Title: IT Project Manager Onsite/Hybrid: 50% onsite Location: ***************. Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan, while managing resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the planning and execution of large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain, ensuring delivery of intended outcomes while fostering collaboration to refine ideas and identify new requirements, maximizing return on investment. • The PM will be developing and overseeing integrated plans for development and integrations between various enterprise systems, Coordinate system validations efforts; Oversee end-to-end execution. • Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management. • Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects. • Ensure project(s) deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned programs and projects. • Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals. • Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. • Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project's momentum and progress. Engage and energize the project teams. • Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects. • Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions. • Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication plan established by the program manager/delivery lead. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred. Qualifications: • Certified PMP or equivalent is required • MUST have 8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel • 7+ years of experience in IT project management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related industry. • 5+ years of managing Network & Infrastructure implementations • Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and related regulatory standards, GxP standards. • 7+ years' experience implementing end-to-end build-out / application configuration • 7+ years' experience with system integrations between QC systems such as LIMS, Veeva, Infinity, Maximo, QC Lab Instruments and Manufacturing Systems - MES. • 7+ Experience with ALM - Application Lifecycle Management • JIRA experience a plus • MUST have 8-10+ years of STRONG Program / Project management experience in the Pharma industry and its associated regulatory processes and requirements leading large & complex projects & programs • A proactive self-starter with the ability to independently manage and oversee projects with minimal supervision after the initial knowledge transfer. • Demonstrates strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company through various formats, such as presentations, written proposals, reports, correspondence, leading meetings, face-to-face dialogue, etc., • Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management • Excellent leadership skills, including team management and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent communication & team management skills • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and in multidisciplinary teams. • Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative work environment. • Proficient in conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify project vulnerabilities. • Skilled in developing and implementing mitigation plans to manage and reduce risks. • Ability to adapt risk management strategies as project conditions evolve. • Experience working with external Service Providers providing hosting and network services and managing offshore resources Office Environment. Sitting and standing by a computer. The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is a range. While the final, individual compensation will be determined by your employer of record (and not client), factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed.
