The Programs Associate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of some of the Foundations programs by managing data, communications, and internal and external relationships. Additional tasks will include budget management, maintaining records, reporting, and coordinating with various internal and external entities. This position will report to the Chief Development Officer. Other information:Must have an Associates degree and a minimum of two years relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with PowerPoint a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace. Proficient in data entry and reporting. Requires strong oral and written communication skills, superior interpersonal skills. Adherence to deadlines, strong organizational, and time management skills.
