Seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Programmer Analyst 4. Will be responsible for providing web-based solutions and support to existing applications. The candidate will also possess skills in requirements gathering, application design, software development, documentation, and customer service.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Application integration as a core function of systems development to include experience and knowledge of designing, developing, and supporting applications using the following technologies:

• Documenting work to be performed. (i.e. – requirements gathering, design/analysis, technical specifications, code, implementation, and support).

• Developing and executing database queries to generate reports and aid in data analysis.

• Learning different technologies, both currently in use and new.

• Working directly with programming staff and users to analyze and develop innovative applications for improving business operations. This may also involve learning different technologies - both currently in use and new.
