100% Remote Position

Base Salary: $100-115K, plus bonuses based on account performance

Responsible for strategizing and executing programmatic media campaigns across various platforms for clients. You will be the expert in programmatic advertising within the agency, proficient with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon, using your expertise to drive growth. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

This role will serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for programmatic advertising for our clients, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requests. You will target customers, collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ads, and ensure outstanding communication, service, and campaign performance.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing media strategies and building paid media plans, including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, and optimization.
  • Utilize real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance to clients and create future roadmaps.
  • Analyze performance data to derive insights and recommend action plans.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and suggest future tests.
  • Communicate campaign elements with clients, including planning, performance, and status updates.
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management, ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on best practices and strategies in advertising networks, including beta features and innovations.
  • Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Build effective client relationships.
  • Gather data on consumer behavior, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in display, native, video, OTT/CTV, and digital out-of-home advertising.
  • Extensive knowledge of top programmatic platforms, automation tools, Google Analytics, and media buying/testing tools.
  • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving KPIs.
  • Experience managing large budgets with significant optimizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
