EWU's Running Start and College in the High School programs are looking for organized, student-focused Program Support Assistants to help students get started-and stay on track with their college classes. You'll support registration and advising processes and help maintain accurate student records. If you enjoy communicating, solving problems, and staying organized, we'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in education, student services, advising, or records management-all while supporting college access for students across Washington. You'll be evaluating applications and helping to get students registered. You may do some general advising of high school students as they navigate dual credit programs.   • Assist new and returning students with onboarding, advising, and registration
  • Generate and process Enrollment Verification Forms (EVFs)
  • Communicate with high school counselors and administrators
  • Help manage student records and electronic advising files
  • Collect and track withdrawal forms
  • Remove advising holds and update credit approvals
  • Support outreach events like Welcome Day and Connect Day, and others as needed
