MCSO is seeking a highly motivated leader with an excellent track record to join our team as a Program Supervisor. As a Program Supervisor, you will be in charge of co-leading and supervising a team of corrections counselors and corrections technicians working at Multnomah County Detention Center. You will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations within the unit, monitoring processes to ensure compliance with legal obligations, and connecting directly with staff to monitor performance, set goals, and address any issues that may arise. The Program Supervisor will work collaboratively with their counterpart at Inverness Jail and the Unit Manager to promote a positive work environment and ensure successful outcomes for the individuals in our care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift, schedule will be determined with supervisor. Because we are a 24/7/365 agency, there may be need on occasion for you to work outside your standard work hours. Telework options are only available on occasion and will be determined by your supervisor.
Location: Primary office located at Multnomah County Justice Center, 1120 SW Third Ave, Portland, OR 97204. However, there will be travel between MCSO facilities and buildings.
