Job SummaryCollaborates with colleagues in various departments to ensure achievement of the Imagenetics milestones of Precision and Genetic Medicine. Contributes in strategic initiatives spanning growth and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, planning, leading and executing strategy projects. Assists with assessment of available information and determination of knowledge gaps. Utilizes industry-standard techniques and analysis to determine and evaluate Precision Medicine and Genetics program needs, identify priorities and create solutions to drive program improvements. Assists in the development and execution of a system-wide strategy to plan, implement, oversee, measure, report and publicize program contributions to multiple audiences. Contributes to the development of strategies that achieve positive and productive professional relationships, with the goal of measurably improving the precision medicine program within the Sanford Health System. Maintains professional relationships with key stakeholders while serving as the content expert. Remains current on health care trends and impact to community and program needs. Engages leaders to understand, synthesize and translate key information into meaningful insights to support setting strategic priorities. Facilitates setting medium and long-term strategic priorities and aligning multi-year and annual resource planning and evaluation processes to those priorities. Manages a regular cycle of strategic plan checkpoints and ensure alignment with corporate and program strategies is maintained. Assists Imagenetics leadership by implementing processes and activities to achieve Imagenetics strategic objectives. Coordinates and supports the development of long-term strategic communications plans, including implementation of proactive messaging and rapid response for internal and external audiences. Ensures the establishment of quality metrics to ensure safe and effective outcomes associated with Precision and Genetic Medicine. Facilitates the execution of evaluation of processes to assess and report on the progress. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills by initiating updates on progress of actives. Demonstrates the ability to create and complete performance improvement and research projects within various departments of Precision Medicine and Genetics. Must have experience coordinating and evaluating program components, developing sound communication plans and ensuring quality outcomes. Within the Clinical Research and Sanford Imagenetics departments, will be required to work cross-functionally with leaders within the organization's executive, research, health delivery, health plan, marketing, and finance teams among others in the development projects to production.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or health care related field required, Master's degree preferred.
