Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to clients including intake, assessment, referral, and follow-up.
- Attend community meetings to promote programs and activities.
- Monitor and recruit interns and volunteers.
- Document client progress and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Enhance community engagement and assist in creating engaging programs.
- Conduct audits and build community partnerships.
- Perform clerical duties and prepare program reports.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English; second language preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business technologies.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged computer use and ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and travel within NYC boroughs.
