Program Services - Director - Community Access Unlimited : Job Details

Union County, NJ | Full-Time | 40+ Hours/Week Monday – Friday | Evenings & Weekends RequiredCommunity Access Unlimited is seeking a skilled, motivated leader to oversee the success and development of our residential programs supporting individuals with disabilities. As a Residential Program Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative oversight of assigned residential programs. This includes staff supervision and development, program administration, quality assurance, and accurate weekly scheduling of staff, members, and programs.

Minimum of three years' experience working with people with disabilities

At least two years of supervisory experience

High school diploma required

BA/BS in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred

Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Fulfill all Job Functions and Expectation Duties of the Director

Ensure all functions below level of Director are staffed and operational

Maintain compliance with funding source contracts

Maintain high levels of service and quality across programs

Oversee HR functions: recruitment, orientation, training, and retention

Ensure sound financial management of programs

Ensure members' health, safety, and well-being

Enforce DHS policies related to member/program funds

Ensure members have access to employment and recreation

Oversee development and implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans

Maintain strong staff-member relationships

Ensure compliance with all licensing standards, inspections, and reviews

Conduct Periodic Service Reviews and implement quality control

Cooperate with internal and external inspections/investigations

Ensure all background checks and screenings are completed and compliant

Perform other duties as assigned

Flexible Monday – Friday shifts

Must be available for at least 16 hours after 3PM weekly, plus one weekend day per month
