We're looking for a precise and proactive Program Scheduler with a background in project scheduling and performance tracking to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones * Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives * Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment * Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies * Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports * Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization REQUIREMENTS * TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings * * Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience * Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years * Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years * Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs * Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms * Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies * Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams * Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects * Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies * Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM) * Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
