Your OpportunityStantec is seeking a Program Scheduler to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Program Scheduler is to manage and support program and project teams by producing and reporting cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 format. This role involves coordinating with Program Team members, consultants, contractors, and third parties, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesExpertise in project planning across large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a solid understanding of program management principles. Relevant experience with environmental remediation programs (preferred), water and/or utility programs. Advanced skills with Primavera P6. Excellent time management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in scheduling techniques. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients, program team, contractors, subcontractors, and staff at all levels.
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) is highly desired.

Pay RangeLocations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 84,000.00 - Max Salary $ 122,000.00
