Program Operations Director - Highline Group : Job Details

Location: Lower Manhattan, NYC Salary: $175,000 to $215,000 per year Job Description: Our client is a mid-size general contractor based in Lower Manhattan, NYC covering new construction, structural alternations, renovations and infrastructure upgrades on commercial, infrastructure and government projects across the Tri-State area. They are looking for a New York City-based Program Operations Director that will be responsible for the technical advising and management of various construction and design-build projects. The selected candidate will serve as Project Executive on a portfolio of projects, advise and manage teams and individuals as well as lead, coordinate, and optimize all aspects of construction execution. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project management skills, deep industry knowledge and construction experience. They will be reporting directly to the VP. The requirements of the role are:

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) required.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience on public works projects required.
• Proven experience in managing field operations on large-scale construction projects.
