Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Program Officer Overview

This role involves working closely with nonprofit leaders, evaluating grant requests, and representing the Foundation. It requires travel (approximately 25%) and occasional remote work, with occasional travel to Colorado and nationwide conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and analyze nonprofit operations and outcomes.
  • Evaluate grant requests and provide recommendations.
  • Create reports and presentations for trustees.
  • Develop compelling stories and content for social media and website.
  • Propose entrepreneurial ideas aligned with the Foundation's mission.

Compensation includes salary ($75,000–$110,000), health benefits, life insurance, PTO, professional development, and 401k contributions.
