The YouTube Operations Technical Program Management team provides centralized program management capabilities for the entire YouTube Operations portfolio of work in order to drive efficiencies and prioritization, mature and transform operational workflows, ensure operational readiness for product launches and growth, and measurably implement cost-savings initiatives. We do this using domain expertise of YouTubes products, business and platform operations. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for setting up transformative processes to drive durable cost savings for the YouTube Operations team such as establishing budget management processes, measure and report out on the current status of our responsible optimization and investing outcomes across the full range of the YouTube Global Operations, Operational Expenditure portfolio spanning Tech, Support and Trust and Safety verticals.
