Role Overview: A Program Manager has the responsibility for designing, coordinating, and improving the internal and external programs of an organization. They manage the portfolio projects required to deliver the contractual end item product or service. In addition, they are responsible for enhancing the quality of existing programs, developing and implementing strategy for the program team, developing a robust risk mitigation plan, understanding how different projects interlink and overlap, working with HR to manage staff and resources for the program, liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of the program, managing budgets and funding, reporting on program performance, developing industry partnerships, and ensuring relevant standards, processes, and regulations are upheld.
Project Name: Aerospace PM/Schedule Support
Project Description: Looking for a Program Manager and experienced scheduler/EVMS Associate to jump into an aerospace client and assist with a challenged project. Initially, this role will require on-site support but could transition into hybrid at a later date.
About You:
Pay: Project-based at approximately $67.25/hour, ranging from $52.16/hour to $82.33/hour USD (paid in the currency of residence).
